serve as our running back podcast don't ever want to start the running back

conversation without denoting that this in my mind will forever be the

Dalvin Cook position but with that but let's jump into what Florida State has

on the roster what the best and worst case scenarios could be for this

position will acknowledge what they've lost and what possibly could be this

position groups future this year and excited unit some really nice pieces and

also some you know I don't think you have to be too much of a pessimist to

have a little bit of some some underlying concerns as well yeah absolutely

let's get into this let's get into this talk as is our usual format for

these whatever she lost what they bring back what the coaching staff will

ask them how we think they'll do at what they're asked as a listener questions

and then also basically our thoughts on the ceiling and the floor of the

position but I think we're both expecting a better year out of this group

Ingraham if for no other reason than it would be very hard to be worse than it

was last year some of that not its fault some of that perhaps its fault some

of that may be coaching and some of that who knows right but this was not an

effective group last year despite the fact that they do have a whole heck of a

lot of talent and I'm always going to bet on talent when I believe talent is

there and so I'm going to bet a lot of bounce back from this running back
