I mean athlete radio this is Matt Frazier as usual joined by

Doug Hey. Doug how is it going today? Doing great Matt how are you? I'm great and

super excited about this episode because it features Micahisk, who you may not

know by name just yet, though maybe soon you will.

But if you saw her picture, you would know because she is on the

latest edition of Runners World she is the woman on there this is the first

time they've redesigned their cover so it's the first issue of this new redesigned

cover so making a big deal about it and right there smack on the cover are her

compression socks that say vegan up and down each sock

uh... which i think is a first for runners world to be promoting any sort of

plant-based diet on the cover

and uh... just a very cool story and i'm excited to talk to her

she's also a nutritionist, does the November project,

and just seems like a really fun person to talk to.

So I'm really looking forward to this episode.

The cover runner's role always seems like something that only be the

elites get on to so it's exciting to to see someone that I could see being one of

us and also of course you know promoting the whole vegan thing yeah so, so speaking of runners world we're going to be doing a race there soon actually both of us it's you may have remember that I talked about a few months ago when I did their event up in Boston.
