is Katie from Washington DC and you're left to no meat radio Doug, we were not responsible podcasters last week.

We had good intentions, but we did.

Just didn't really happen.

Three times now I've been to a runners world event my

microphone has made the trip to a runners world event and zero times have I recorded a second of

audio at the runners world event you know there's just not a lot of down time and when there is down time we're doing other fun activities

Yeah, we're resting because there's not any down time right. Yeah, so three times now I've done it three times it has come out of my bag through the security checkpoint

looks like a pipe bomb but so if I go back to tomorrow's world again I probably won't

bring my microphone and I'll just record a recap when we get home like we're doing

this time yeah Yeah. We were however successful

casino gamblers. We were amazingly for the first time. We've been to the

casino a number of times together for the first time we both left the weekend with extra money.

We did.

That was fun.

That always makes for an enjoyable trip regardless of how everything else goes,

but everything else actually did go really well.

We had a fun weekend again.
