wine bars in Dublin, then returned back to Rome and ultimately was the mastermind behind

Ramesa Raskoli, a wine bar and

restaurant in Rome and created the Raskoli Wine Club and Community. Wine.

And Lindsay came to Italy five years ago when she was studying wine in the U.S.

She came to Ramesa Raskoli to do Alessandro's wine tasting, left in awe, felt in

love and every sense did a U-turn to get back.

She now is a partner in the business and manages the Raskioli Wine Club along with partners

Alessandro and Matia.
