Investigative Journalist Julie Kelly says the current focus in President Trump’s legal battles is the 40 count indictment for alleged willful retention of national defense information, obstructing justice, and tampering with evidence. Julie Kelly says this is about arbitrary enforcement of the Espionage Act used in 32 of 40 counts. And the person who keeps bringing up arbitrary enforcement is Judge Aileen Cannon. Kelly says it’s clear she sees the double standard of DOJ’s handling of the case against Trump versus Joe Biden, who kept unclassified national defense records for years in multiple locations. Cannon kept asking how the DOJ could charge Trump but no one else. Biden willfully retained these classified documents because he wanted to write a book about his dispute with Obama. He willfully took records he was not legally authorized to possess. The only person who can authorize keeping national defense records is the President. The question tested in this case is the fact that you have a former VP who was unauthorized to retain these records and he never returned them. Biden met every element of the Espionage Act yet was not charged. How can a former President face charges when he had the authority to declassify these records as President? Kelly has been following the J6 trials for the past 3 years and is shocked, sickened and outraged at everything she’s seen take place in federal courtrooms in the nation’s capitol. Rulings have been unconstitutional, cruel and vengeful. U.S. Atty Matthew Graves has prosecuted and charged hundreds of J6ers and is threatening the Supreme Court not to reverse the obstruction statute or he’ll seek longer sentences for J6ers. His wife is President of a far left radical group demanding Clarence Thomas resign. They both want to discredit the Supreme Court along with the Biden Administration and the Far Left. The Marxists want to destroy our country, our Constitution and the political rights of our citizens. They have no bottom as to the depths they’ll go.
