New York Attorney General Letitia James asking an appellate court to deny former President

Trump's request to reduce or delay collecting a half billion dollars of bond to cover a civil fraud judgment.

Letitia James has been outrageous from the beginning of her charge against

Donald Trump and her attorneys arguing that Trump didn't explore every option to post a bond

They asked the court to outright reject Trump's request to postpone collection without a bond while his attorneys appeal.

Those attorneys writing it's not possible under the circumstances presented.

They said underwriters insist on cash or other liquid assets and that's the way it is.

Trump maintains the legal action against him is nothing more than election interference.

We'll see what happens.

Julian Assange attorneys responding to reports that the Department of Justice is exploring

a plea deal.

The Wall Street Journal reported yesterday the Justice Department is considering whether to allow Assange to plead guilty to a reduced charge of mishandling classified information.

But here's the kicker.

Assange's US defense attorney, Barry Pollack, saying that as far as his office is

seen, there is no indication that the Department of Justice is easing its determination to seek his extradition.

And so that is the latest as Hunter Biden, it turns out had access to Joe Biden's top secret skiff designated classified materials

including national defense information related to U.S. troop deployments.
