I have got a brand new guest on the podcast today that I'm really excited to talk to.

Tim Burke, joining us from over in Lake Placid, New York.

Paul Schumer got us connected and through a weird way.

You got Paul connected with me.

You're the one who got him started listening to the podcast.

You and I talked here about a week ago when I was out on the mail route and I found out.

I had a whole Olympian subsection of listeners that I had no idea about.

So, Tim, I'm really excited to have you on the podcast because unlike Paul, who is going

with a duck toller for a dog, Tim's got proper bird dogs.

He's got, well, I wouldn't say proper.

He's got short airs.

And I got to get this out before I even let you talk to him. So I apologize for kind of taken over here for a minute. But I just got back. I was going, had to run over to a gravel pit to look at some crushed stone to get put in my yard to get some rock down on my, on my driveway. It's gone for like an hour, hour and a half.

Got back home, had my short hair and my young setter in the kennels in the back room because they can be a little naughty, especially since the weather's been a little bit bad outside and they haven't really been able to burn off that excess energy.

So I let them out. I ran over to Wes's camper and let his dogs out quick because he's at work. I was outside for 11 minutes. I came back over here and in my mud room where I have all my podcasting gear set up, they had pulled the podcasting gear off the table and Bo was on the couch with a microphone in his mouth starting to commence chewing.

Like he was 11 minutes, I was outside.

And just because he is a little upset, he's been in the kennel all day,

haven't been spending any time with him, haven't been cuddling and playing with him and everything else,

he decided to take it out on the

podcasting gear. So good news is none of it's broken. He is now currently back in the kennel, him and

Jesse both, because he had the headset and microphone in his mouth and she had the other end
