member of Congress is seeking the disbarment of Rudy Giuliani and the other lawyers who are

representing President Trump in his attempt to overturn the election.

Disbarring lawyers for representing clients pure McCarthyism. You'll hear why on the

So this is what it's come to in America.

Believe it or not, a congressman from New Jersey,

his name will live in infamy. Representative Bill Pasqurel Jr.

has actually filed complaints

against Rudy Giuliani

and President Trump's other lawyers in five states seeking their

discipline or disbarment. For what? For defending President Trump's right to a fair election? For raising

constitutional issues which some courts have accepted and some courts have

rejected, some arguments better than others.

The idea that you disbar or discipline a lawyer

because you don't approve of that lawyer's client or you don't like the argument they're making, pure

unadulterated McCarthyism. Congressman Pasquerel should be ashamed of himself and his voters should let that shame be known the next time he runs for re-election.

You know, it's one thing to criticize the lawyers. You can do that. You can

argue that their points they're making are not valid. You can support the

opinions of the courts that reject them.

All of that's fair game.
