options these days. Just get an Uber. Call a cab. Don't risk ruining your life and driving drunk, right?

Or even a couple of drinks.

Don't, you know, get an Uber.

It's so easy to do.

You pay a few dollars for it.

Potentially that $30 Uber ride could save you $10,000 in lawyers fees, you know.

So I don't want to dwell on a negative. I want every, this season is such a

great time to be with friends and family, of course, but today, Sunday in New York and Sunday in a

lot of the places, rainy and miserable, the storms coming in. I just flew out of Florida last week

to come up to New York. And the weather in Florida was pretty nasty too.

So then I get to New York and it's cold, but it was okay.

Now the storm came in from Florida to New York.

And here we all are.

Anyway, folks, all seasonal, uh,

congratulations wishes aside. A big topic came up in the Ruby Frankie case,

and tomorrow there is a hearing for Ruby Frankie, where is she's supposed to take a plea?

And we predicted this, that potentially we know how the criminal justice system works,

and that potentially her attorneys could go to the prosecutor and say, wait a minute,

she's not the villain in this. She's not the real bad person in this.
