We get all hurried and ragged, but the true crime community is still putting out shows,

and we're still praising our guests and our subscribers, our friends,

our fans, and we really appreciate all you guys.

There's some new happenings in the Ruby Frankie Jody Hildebrand case.

And Washington County prosecutors requested a new court hearing in the child abuse case against Utah

parenting influence of Ruby Franklin, her business partner, Jody Hildebrand, seen in this picture,

of course, up on the screen. Jody Hildebrand nearly three months after the woman had last appeared before a judge.

Frankie and Hilderbrand were arrested on August 30th after Frankie's 12-year-old son escaped Hilderbrand's

Ivan's home located outside of St. George.

A neighbor called the police because the boy appeared malnourished

and had duct tape on his ankles and wrists.

Charging documents stated.

Authorities later found his 10-year-old sister

in a similar condition inside Hildebrand's home.

So right now, the Deputy Washington County attorney, they filed a motion that requested a waiver hearing on December 18th at 11 a.m.

And that is for Ruby Frankie.

I believe Jody Hildebrandt will have her hearing at a later time.
