So anyway, I'm delighted, beyond delighted,

to be able to be here in a room of courageous people. Such a great privilege.

I want to give you an example of the type of courageous people here before I came up.

The person in charge of recording this event, Mike, in the back there, you can stand

up. This is an example. Like many of you, I'm because I have not had the privilege an opportunity to

connect with only but a small fraction of you today yesterday last night.
