nothing. So don't ask. And this is my podcast, brunch with Desby where we talk about literally

anything and everything we don't have a plan. If there's one thing I knew when I was

younger is that I don't operate by plans and that involves my podcast as well. I feel

like when you walk into a situation having a plan, it never works. I mean, honestly,

like can we think of a time where we genuinely had a full ass laid out plan and there wasn't

something we had to change? Right? So like, why even have a plan? Why have a plan? Let's

just wing it. And I feel like that is the most mysterious part of my podcast when you tune

in every Sunday when we have new episodes. You're consistently like what? What's going to

happen? I like to keep my listeners on their toes, like my go Jackson. All right. Anyways,

I've noticed I've been super lacking on my water intake lately. I don't know if anyone

else out here is in the same boat. It's like when it gets cold, I like shut down drinking

water. I don't know why even though my water is at like room temperature, you know what

I mean? Like it's just like when it's cold outside, I'm not craving water, right? Like,

I don't know. So I've been drinking my hydro drug mini because it makes me feel a little

bit better about my water intake because it's like 24 ounces, 25 ounces. And so I'm able

to like drink it multiple times a day. And then like it makes me feel better, right?

Because I'm like refilling it makes me feel more accomplished. So if you're struggling
