Okay. Well, we are sitting here with our new friend, Dr. Ananya Bannerjee.

Ananya, I want to first start off. What kind of doctor are you? Are you a smart person doctor or a, a medical doctor? Definitely not a medical

doctor. I'm a PhD doctor. Smarty pants.

Yeah, man, medical doctors are smart people doctors too. Hey, I'm not the one who wrote the

script. What did you get your PhD in?

I did my PhD in health research methodology.

And to make a thing simple, my thesis actually is kind of cool.

It looked at health promotion programs in churches. And I showed that people who

go to church quite frequently actually have a lower risk of blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol.

Wow, that's fascinating. Is that like, is that like a, is that, because I know that, especially as we as we as we as we sort of continue to move into the 21st century further and further, it seems like religion is playing is playing like less and less of a role in people's lives.

But obviously the community aspect of religion is like a massive, massive net positive.
