1720, wow. Yes, I'm tired of resting in peace. I want to get in there and spook everybody.

Well, you'll get plenty of chances because the Disneyland haunted mansion is now open to humans.

Oh, it must be paradise.

Hi, everyone and welcome to the Disneyland Plug roundtable discussion for the week of September 25th from Orlando, Florida on Pete Warner.

And our intro song this week were radio spots from the opening of the haunted mansion in 1969.

You can hear that clip along with many others on Disradio plays variously throughout the week.

As always, I'm joined this week by our Orlando team, Bob Varley, Cory Martin, Kevin Close, and John Meijai.

And before we get started, I do have an announcement to make. Ricky Pearson will not be joining us on the roundtable anymore.

He had an opportunity for a job in Miami, which is also closer to his family, and it was just a little too good to pass up.

And so we're going to miss him, and we all wish him well.

We're going to talk about, we've got a few things to get to this week.

We've got some news to tell you about, some of this week's news to discuss with you.

Cory and Bob are going to talk about the nuts of scary Halloween party that they attended last week, which was a very wet Halloween party from the other day again.

Kevin Close is going to give us his last update on the planning for his adventures by Disney Vacation, as they are leaving on that vacation next week.

John Meijai is going to go over some new promotions from Dreams Unlimited, and of course we're going to have your sound off responses for this week.

So getting right into it, let's start with some what's in the news this week.

A couple of things I saw that were pretty interesting, namely that Jungle Cruise is apparently going to be the next Walt Disney attraction to become a major motion picture.

Not a lot of details on it, other than that the people who brought us smallville, Alango, or Algo, and Miles Miller are negotiations to write it.

So I guess this is going to be the new thing now that every ride is going to be looked at as a potential as a potential three picture deal.

I'm waiting for the teacups movie.
