and I am joined at the Roundtable today by our team, including Bob Varley,

This week we'll tell you about the most popular news stories on the Diz,

and since it is the start of the New Year, we're going to discuss some of the things you'll need to keep in mind when planning your vacation for 2007.

We're also going to tell you more about the dreams and limited travel, video trivia challenge that just launched today.

All that in this, the New Year's edition of the Diz Unpluged Roundtable.

So let's start off with the first, the top three news stories for last week and the first news stories of the New Year.

Number three, three of Walt Disney World's four theme parks closed temporarily last week due to crowds.

Because of the Christmas holiday, we talked about this in our last show, the 19th.

We predicted that this would happen, and we gave some advice to people about best way to avoid it.

We don't think exactly what we said came true.

Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and MGM studios were all temporarily closed at various points.

And this is not even Christmas Day.

We're talking, this was the 26th and the 27th.

Yeah, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

It was ugly over there.

I tried to get in Magic Kingdom on Wednesday and got turned away and ended up in Epcot thinking I could get on the Monterey and go over to Magic Kingdom.

That was bad.

Yeah, it's I had family in MGM that day.

And they said it was absolutely the most insane thing they'd ever seen.
