with us today and we are recording in February and he has just started his Mickey rotation. Is that

right? Yeah, yeah. First day was today. Really sad to be out of the room. I had a really,

really great month was last month. And yeah, it's a different kind of fun helping than make you.

Very different vibes. Oh, yeah. Yep. You're going to be putting on that internal medicine

cap a few more times, but there are some really cool

things to see and do in the ICU. Is there anything that you're really hoping to get out of your

month? Oh, I'm really hoping to just get a little bit more central line experience. I feel like

that's the one thing that I need to get just a few more reps in. But yeah, ICU is I'm just not built for it, you know. I don't have the

I am brain. Some people have it, but I don't. Yeah, no, I definitely felt like it was flexing

some completely different muscles when I was up in the ICU. But you'll realize the nice thing about being EM is you feel really comfortable with things like procedures, which some of your internal medicine counterparts might not. So there's a lot of things that they can teach you, and there's a lot of things that you can teach them. So it's kind of a cool environment to be in. Yeah, I really love like hanging out with the IM resident. I feel like they've built a lot of camaraderie.

Yeah, absolutely. All right. Well, that being said, are you ready for a case today?

I am ready. Let's do it. All right. I'm going to try to do this with minimal coughing. We're going to see how

it's going to go. If you hear coughing, it's not the patient, it's just me. Okay. All right. So today is

round number nine of the game 3.0. Sean will need to perform today's case in real ABIM oral

boards format. He has 15 minutes and he does not know what the case is ahead of time. We have

some critical actions that I have decided beforehand,

and if he gets them all, then he wins this case. These cases were created by me, but they are not
