Matt, how you doing today? I'm very relaxed, Dylan. Yeah, and why is that?

I tried yoga for the first time today. Yeah, and it relaxed you apparently.

It was fantastic.

No, I've had back problems for about three or four years now.

Mm-hmm.

It's just, you know, it's kind of like, kind of like years of abuse on my spine and kind of like I

added up. Actually a few years ago I had to do rehabilitation, I did do rehab because my spine

was a little twisted. I had to get it twisted back.

And it's been giving me some issues.

So the wife suggested I try yoga, I tried it, and I feel like a new man right now.

Already into it, huh? Day one. I'm not going to say I'm into it, but it's something I don't mind doing.
