Carrie is not here this week, she's out on a very fun research trip that I will not spoil,

but it's not just me, I've got Susan Gerbick and Mark Edward back on the show.

So I'm really excited to share this interview with you.

This was done live from Salinas at their house when I was up visiting recently.

And I should say I brought the microphones that we used to record this show.

I brought a memory card and what did I forget? I forgot the actual recorder.

Thankfully, Susan was very kind and had a recorder that she let me use.

So just be aware, this is kind of a tabletop mic might not be our usual sound profile,
