Roseanne Harvey, founder of its all yoga, baby and co-editor of 21st Century Yoga: Culture, Politics and Practice, is an old friend of J’s from the blogosphere days who has been away from the yoga world for a time but has recently emerged once again. In this conversation, they talk about the heyday of the internet, that time Roseanne slept in J’s bed, and what is behind her sort-of departure and semi-return to yogaland. 1:23.8	Still just a number. All of our lives have carried on just the same as they were, which is right.
1:32.8	And very befitting for today's episode with Roseanne Harvey. But before I tell you about today's episode, I want to also mention that I have a blog post that came out this week. It's called

1:49.2	moment in the state of yoga in the modern world. I've mentioned this in previous episodes, but I think that the revelations around
2:05.6	Potabi Joyce and people coming forward and other people admitting that they knew that these
2:14.7	sexual assaults were taking place,
2:22.8	it puts people in a very precarious situation.
2:29.1	I mean, anyone who has venerated Potabhi Joyce as their teacher is in a real bind.
2:32.4	Are you going to venerate an abuser?
2:35.1	And that's why there's people like taking the pictures off of the altars and
2:40.4	writing these public mea copas for, you know, promoting abusers as avatars.
2:50.8	And I think either... promoting abusers as avatars.
2:59.2	And I think either you're in crisis or you're in denial or you're in retreat.
3:07.1	I mean, that is if you're someone who has venerated this person.
