medicine. And I can't think of a better thing to do right now is to get outside and find some

wild remedies. How are you doing, Rosalie? I'm doing really well. Reed, thanks for having

me on the podcast. Yep. I'm happy to have you here. And I personally have never foraged

for wild remedy. So I'd love to know how do you get started doing this? Yeah. Well, it's

an amazing world that can open up outside our doors. And I didn't grow up forging plants.

And I didn't even grow up with a lot of interest in being outside. Really, I mean, it just

wasn't something that was on my radar. And it was after I graduated from college, I was

in my early 20s. And I just kind of, you know, by chance started hanging out with people

who are really into nature. And I started taking classes. And the first class that I took

was about how to make lip balms and saves using plants that grow around you. And I, you know,

was total newbie. I had no idea what I was getting into. And it was amazing to me that

you could just step outside your front door and find weeds, you know, literally just growing

right there in driveways, in sidewalk cracks, and that these weeds were such powerful,

healing medicine. And it was kind of once that crack was open within me, I just kept going
