And the European Central Bank lowering its benchmark interest rate to zero

and cutting its deposit facility rate to minus 0.4 percent. Of course we have much more on this coming

up as Bloomberg's surveillance continues. Just looking at market reaction those

stocks are jumping in Europe. The Dax in Germany now up 2.22 percent, the Kac in Paris, up 2.1 percent, F.T 100 up 6 10 percent.
