The NFL draft is here finally this week.

And to round out my rookie player comp series,

I am discussing player comparisons for tight-end prospects on this week's show.

Let's get right to it.

Five of them in no specific order

or necessarily ranking, just a few that I thought stood out the most to me on film in terms of enjoying to watch their tape and what they can bring from the college to pro level. Up first is Kenyon Sadiq out of Oregon. He just turned 21 in Marks, so a very young prospect with a sky high ceiling in the NFL. 63241 with out of this world athleticism.

His testing at the combine was outright insane for his body frame and position.

4.3940, 1.54, 10-yard split, 43.5-inch vertical and 11-foot 1-1-inch broad.

Those numbers are outstanding, and you see the box score statistics aligned with

Sadiq's film that he is undoubtedly a first-round pick in real life. Now, the question is,

where will Sadiq be drafted? Is it going to be in line with recent, not even generational,

but top-tier titan prospects like Kyle Pitts or more recently, Tyler Warren, Colson Loveland, even

Brock Bowers. I'm not sold that Sadiq is going to be as high in terms of draft

capital, but he should firmly land somewhere in the top 20 or so picks. Style on film for

Sadiq in terms of comparisons, I see some wide receiver traits of vintage AJ Green with body positioning and after

the catch instincts meets the tight end tools of throwback comp, Vernon Davis, who is a do-it-all

tie-end in terms of past catching and blocking, high football IQ, even the after-catch abilities of

Trey McBride for an instant or recent NFL

comparison. So I am very high and optimistic on the talent of Kenyon Sadiq. Ultimately, my
