Hello and welcome to the Dynasty Dude podcast.

0:23.1

I'm your host, Corey Evans.

0:24.3

I am continuing my rookie player comps series here of free content.

0:29.2

This week is running back.

0:30.8

Last week, if you missed it, was quarterback prospects.

0:34.1

So this week, I have five prospects in the 26 rookie class that are running backs, where I'm going

0:39.1

to give you player comps from both a style in terms of washing tape and seeing similarities

0:44.2

in skill set and or how a running back approaches a position to NFL examples, either current

0:51.4

or former players, and then their actual skill set, the prospect themselves

0:54.8

and what I see on film and their outlook from college of the pro scene. I am scheduled to go on a

1:00.6

vacation, so depending if I can get into my schedule or not, there may or may not be a free show next

1:05.5

week. So if there is, cool, I was able to work around my calendar. If not, it'll be business as usual when I return with a rookie wide receiver player comps episode.

1:15.2

Just wanted to give that a heads up, call out notice in case you do or not see an episode next week.

1:20.6

1:29.9

so packs a punch at running back with that body frame. The style, I see David Montgomery

1:34.9

with more juice, more agility, meets Joe Mixen, lateral side-to-side movement, and

1:40.8

upfield elusiveness. The skill set for Jonah Coleman out of Washington, there's burst.

1:45.9

There is jump cuts all over the place, chalk full of it on his film, as well as plus vision

1:51.0

when he's moving upfield. There's buildup speed and acceleration that is deceptive in terms

1:55.7

of him not being necessarily the quickest or fastest when it comes to straight line speed.

1:59.7

But as he moves downfield, downhill, there's certainly more than meets the eye.

2:04.9

And he moves much quicker than his size would suggest for that 5-8-220-pound frame.
