We like to get right into it and what we're going to get into today is Ron DeSantis and

Now one of the weirder scenes in our recent politics took place this week in the Florida

State Capitol in Tallahassee, three Democratic State Senators, Link Darm, and they kind of

danced down a hallway singing and impromptu song, The lyrics were gay, gay, gay, my daughters

gay, gay, gay, gay, gay, gay.

Now they had apparently gotten this idea from a skit on Saturday Night Live, but anyway,

the lyrics were gay, gay, gay, my daughters gay, gay, gay, gay, gay, gay.

Now if you don't believe what I'm telling you, as you might imagine, there were cameras

in recording devices present, and they recorded this scene.

So what I'll do is I want to play it for you right now.

There were the Florida singing Democratic Senators.

So the Florida Democratic Party, the Senate Democrats were so proud of this moment that they

posted a video on Twitter, the one I just played for you, with this message, quote, we've

got one thing to say to our GOP colleagues, gay, all caps.

So what was that about?

You might ask, what was that about?

The video was another step in the state Democrats campaign to label a Republican-sponsored

bill, which has the technical name HB1557, to label it the Don't Say Gay Bill.
