Here's Debbie Millman. Ron Burrage has two distinct professional identities.

In the world of business, he is known as the head of global design for the Hershey Company.

And previously, he led design teams at Disney,

and the design efforts for many Proctor and Gamble brands

like Old Spice, Gillette, and Hidden Shoulders.

But Ron Burrage is also an actor and singer.

One wonders if these two identities complement or compete with each other.

He joins me now to talk about his design career and about his performing career and how

he holds it all together.
