Anyway, I'm Carrie Brown and I also live in Connecticut

just down the road from Carl.

I'm a trained pastry chef who went keto to control and eventually eliminate

symptoms from bipolar 2 disorder and depression. I no longer have to take any medications

and I no longer have any symptoms. It's my mission to show the world that

keto food is entirely delicious and with a great recipe it can be tastier and way healthier than any other kind of food.

Right, and this shows a document of our experiences thriving for years in nutritional

ketosis. It's a document of our experiences reversing depression,

diabetes and bipolar two disorder and how both of us feel better than we ever have
