analyst. It's a subscription side I recommend. Antonio writes from Bucharest. Romania is

a country much in the news about Ukraine, conflict. Let's begin with the sharp end of the

stick. Again, Antonio, in the news is Russia or allies of Vladimir Putin making remarks

about Moldova next. Is that a credible threat to your knowledge? Is Moldova vulnerable to

that as Moldova taking defensive maneuvers to stop that? Is this important to Bucharest

that it not happen?

Well, this has always been an option since Ukraine were started, actually. And it is true

that Russia dislikes the current government in Kishno. It is true that Russia has the

ability to control part of Moldova, the frozen conflict and transnistria. And through that

it controls whatever Kishno in Moldova is in Kishno is the capital of Moldova. So the

threat has some substance as long as Russia can get out of eastern Ukraine and get into

southern Ukraine and attack forward. I don't see a way for Russia to really attack Moldova

other than the usual political attacks right now on land. So it would need to maybe go
