0:10.7	Thank you, Corey, for having me. I'm super excited to start and to get into the news stories that are happening.
0:16.6	Cool. So we had an interesting case because obviously we want to talk about news and politics and current events.
0:23.5	And in the last week or two, there was a story that popped up. This guy named Roel is I guess how you pronounce your name.
0:31.1	And everybody's kind of up in arms because he got sentenced to, it was like 110 years.
0:39.0	And so he was a truck driver.
0:40.8	I think he was based out of Texas, was it?
0:43.5	Correct.
0:44.1	So he was driving a truck in Colorado, and his brakes went out.
0:49.4	And if you guys have ever been to the mountains,
0:51.7	you know that there's these runaway truck ramps.
0:54.1	So if the brakes fail on an 18-wheeler, they just drive off to the right.
0:59.3	They go up the ramp, which goes uphill, so the idea is that the truck will come safely to a stop.
1:06.6	And so this particular guy, he blew by a bunch of those, and I saw a video of another truck driver. I guess it was following him. And he could tell that this guy's brakes had gone out. And you can see on video. He's blowing right past several of these runaway truck ramps and did nothing. And then I guess he got to the bottom of the hill or the end of the hill and he crashed into a bunch of people, killed four of them.
1:28.2	There was a big, big fire.
1:30.0	Correct.
1:30.5	And everybody was like, well, it was an accident.
1:33.4	And so the thing that jumped out and caused everybody to go into orbit was like, it was an accident.
1:40.2	This guy got sentenced to 110 years.
1:43.0	And I was thinking, well, that's kind of weird.
1:44.8	110 years for an accident. Something is off. And then so we look into what this guy's story was.
