political right now is reporting that the Supreme Court has voted to overturn abortion

rights and I'm frankly a little surprised this was this was an interesting development and I'm if this is

legitimate which I'm pretty sure they wouldn't post this at the front

page of political if there wasn't something legitimate about it I'm sure other

new sites are going to be picking up on this right away. So I'll just read the story. The headline is the

Supreme Court has voted to overturn abortion rights draft opinion shows. And then

it says we hold that row and Casey must be overturned.

Justice Alito rights in an initial majority draft circulated inside the court.

The Casey decision was 1992, which came up with a standard of well applied the

standard of undue burden to abortion it tightened it affirmed row and

tightened up restrictions or tightened up the legitimacy of Roe and it prevented restrictions.

It says, the Supreme Court has voted a strike down a landmark rovy-way decision according to initial

draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito circulated inside the court and

obtained by political. The draft opinion is a full-throated unflinching

repudiation of the 1973 decision which guaranteed federal

constitutional protections of abortion rights and a subsequent

1992 decision Planned Parenthood v Casey that largely maintained the right.

Roe was egregiously wrong from the start Alito rights.
