On Monday evening, Politico published a draft Supreme Court opinion authored by Justice Samuel Alito in a case over a 15-week abortion ban passed in Mississippi, an opinion in which a majority

of the court would vote to overturn the federal protections for first trimester abortion

established in Roe v. Wade and fortified in Casey versus Planned Parenthood.

President Biden again warning if the Supreme Court overturns Roe versus Wade, it could be just the beginning.

The president warning of what Republicans and President Trump's MAGA movement he says could do next.

Republicans spent decades building the right-wing judicial machinery that enabled this week's devastating Supreme Court draft decision that when

made official would nearly overturn 50 years of abortion rights in America.

But for the moment, they'd rather you don't pay attention to that fact.

Instead, Fox News is gaslighting its listeners again, pretending that the landmark ruling would in fact be no big deal.

If the court threw out Roe, what we were going to find is when everybody woke up the next day, the sky will not have fallen.

You know, there won't have been a catastrophe. It'll be like it was

before Roe, which is, you know, about 30 states had real prohibitions against abortion. 20 states

regulated it somewhat more loosely. Democracy was happening. People were arriving at consensus

in the states. And what you will find the day after this happens is if a woman in the United States wants to get an abortion, she'll be able to get an abortion. It might be a little bit more difficult depending on where she is. But abortion is not gone. So I think to the extent that they're trying to raise hysteria here and all the fundraising that goes with hysteria,
