Today I've got an old friend of mine who's originally on the show about five years ago. And since then, a lot has changed in his life, a lot of different tragedies, business things, building a big real estate portfolio. Yeah, it's going to be fun. Yeah, dude. So we got in YouTube around the same time, met very early,

and man, it was awesome to see. Real estate guy,to-door guy, sales guy. I remember you came in and

like did some training for our team a long time ago. It was really cool. And I mean, since then,

so much has changed in your life. Definitely family-wise, business-wise, all these different things.

I don't even know where to begin with all of this,

but I just want you to talk about like how life did change the last five years

because I think your story is really inspirational and I know that like now you're

on the other side of it and there's a happy ending, but there's a lot.

I don't know where to start either, but I guess the last

time I saw you, everything was going well. I'd crushed it in door to door. I was positioned really

well. My sales teams were doing $40 million in sales. You know, I had an incredible wife, two kids,

and had invested in real estate.

I think at the time I was 150 units,

lots of passive income.

I also think I hadn't really faced anything super hard.

I have come to realize.

And then at 30 years old, I got a call from my brother and he got cancer. And so I took a big break,

stepped back and was just wrecked. And two weeks later, my wife went in, had had some weird
