Summary

Rocco, a brilliant multi-faceted man who has spent a lifetime devouring introspective subjects, such as poetry, literature, psychology, physics, hermeticism and believe it or not, much more. He graces humanity with his knowledge and discusses his interest in developing a cohesive and foundational theory of reality and the human experience, specifically in a synthesis and comprehension that bleeds across domains and silos. He opens his mind, spirit, and soul through psychedelics, meditation, mindfulness, psychological self-awareness and self-repair, and believes that what stands in the way of self-mastery is at root, purely psychological.

He is the host of the Eyes Wide Open Life Podcast
