You are someone that I have been studying your work for so many years since your earlier book.

The monk who sold his Ferrari, also the greatness guy. And I'm so excited that we can connect

and we can talk leadership, we can talk about morning ritual we can

talk about business and so many other things so welcome to the show dan it's really a pleasure and

i want to applaud you for all your success and the impact you're having on so many people

and the impact that you've had on me on even on leadership a lot of my leadership lessons and

skills and and that I've picked up along

the way from you to be able to lead the team that we have. So first question that I want to ask

is talk about the new book, right, the 5 AM Club. Why did it take you so long like to write this

book? Maybe. I don't know. Maybe I'm a slow writer. No. I think, you know, I think we live in a

world, Dan, where there's a real tendency to push mediocrity. You know, it's very easy to put out

half work. And the heroic creatives that I admire, whether it's a Van Gogh, whether it's a Steve Jobs,
