Four hundred and nineteen million dollars, not a big deal, fourteen dollars a share values Elizabeth

Arden about eight hundred and seventy billion.

Some analysts say it is not a particularly good deal.

One described it as putting lipstick on a pig, somebody looking at what they make, but it is

a good deal for Arden shareholders, stock up 49% in the early trade.
