This whole time, years thing that we've got going for ourselves. Well, it's still a thing, you know. I'm feeling

reflective. I'm sure I'm not the only one. The first thing I'm feeling reflective about is this

podcast. I started it five months ago. I really wasn't sure whether it was going to be anything that i wanted to keep doing or not i said

i'll do it till the end of the year and if at the end of the year i feel like it's worthwhile i'll keep doing it

and you know what there's no doubt about it i'm going to keep doing it it's it's already been

so rewarding and important.

because it's really revealing some things about me
