All right. Hello and welcome to Yoga Talks podcast. My name is Jay Brown. And I'm happy to be with you ahead of

schedule. I've been putting out one podcast a month. And it was only just two weeks ago, I think,

that I put out my episode with Ryan Cunningham.

And I'm not scheduled to have another one out for another two to three weeks.

But frankly, I've been recording more and a few of them have been sitting around.

Like this episode with Elena, I recorded it two months ago, I think.

So it's like burning a hole in my box folder. I thought,

let's put out a bonus episode. And I'm going to put out another one just before Christmas.

And in the new year, the plan is to put out two months. That's the plan. First, I want to give a plug for Elena. You see, because this episode was recorded two months ago,

she mentions a couple projects that she's working on, and I told her that if she had anything

else that was closer to post-state, she should tell me, and I'd give it a mention, and she does.

She has a online meditation course called Cultivating Spiritual Intelligence.

And, you know, I don't really know what she means by spiritual intelligence.

But it makes me think of a conversation I once had with my dad

I was like going through all this yoga stuff

and I was trying to share with him when I was discovering

and you know I'm sure some of you out there maybe

have tried to talk to your parents about yoga and

I don't know I just remember my dad. He sent me an article and it was about emotional

intelligence. And I think that was like his way of sort of kind of getting a sense of where I was

going. They thought of it as emotional intelligence. So I don't know what Elena means by spiritual
