Today's guest is Dr. Robert Holden. And he's done many books with us here at Hay House.

He did a book with Louise called Life Loves You. He's done a book called Love Ability.

And this is his third book about love, finding love everywhere, 67 and a half wisdom

poems and meditations. How you doing, Robert? I'm doing really well, Reid. Lovely to speak to you.

I'm happy to be doing this together. We don't do a whole lot of books with poetry in them here at

Hay House. So this is unique. But I like one of the one of the things I like about this book is that

where it has great poems, it has 67 and a half poems, as you say. And I love the half poem.

That's pretty good. That's a very unique approach to the half poem, which we can talk about a

little later. But I like all the stories you tell in the book as well, like about where you go,

what you do, some of your influences to coming up with this book. Why don't you share with

everybody kind of a little background of why you were motivated, inspired to do a book like this,

finding love everywhere. Yeah. Well, you already mentioned Life Loves You, the book I wrote with

Louise. And then also another book called Love Ability. How to Love and Be Loved. So those are my

sort of first two books on love. And this one's really the trilogy for now. And you know, I feel

that love is the key to happiness and well-being. I believe also that love is the key to success and

to living your purpose. I think Love is the key to healing the past and creating a new future.

And in many ways, I sort of think that love is not just a chapter in the book of Life. It's the

whole book, if you like. So to have another go at Love felt exciting. But this time, as you say,

I mixed it up a little bit and changed the format around what I'm aiming to do with finding love

everywhere is essentially take people on a journey. To do that, I wrote essentially six essays

in finding love everywhere. So there's around about 10,000 words of prose in there. But each of
