0:13.5	Today's guest is Andrea McLean. She's a very famous TV presenter in the UK. So I know
0:22.6	everybody in the UK, you know her. And for those of you in the rest of the world, you're
0:28.1	about to get to know her. She's written a book. She's written three books, I think, or maybe more,
0:33.3	but her latest book is with Hay House. And it's called This Girl Is On Fire. And it's how to live,
0:40.6	learn, and thrive in a life you love. How you doing, Andrea? I am great. Thank you so so much for
0:47.6	having me today. I'm very happy to have you. And like I said, I know everyone in the UK knows
0:55.4	you because you've been on TV there a long time. And you've been on two of the most popular shows
1:01.6	there in the UK. But I'd love for you to just explain a little bit about your background
1:08.6	to get everybody started rather than me tell them who you are. How about you do it?
1:13.8	Okay. Yeah, that would be lovely. Well, anyone listening in the UK will know me from,
1:19.7	I spent the last 13 years as the anchor of a show called Loose Women. It's a daytime TV show.
1:27.2	For listeners in the US, it's like the view. It's basically, I suppose a slightly more polite and
1:33.8	less angry version. A bored British version of the view, right? Yes, it is. And then before that,
1:41.4	I spent 11 years working on Breakfast TV on the equivalent of the Today Show. And so I was
1:49.2	I joined this as a as a young weather girl and sort of worked my way up to become one of the anchors.
1:56.5	So that sort of gives you an outline of my career. In terms of who I am as a as a human being,
2:02.3	I'm Scottish grew up in the Caribbean, which was very unusual, traveled around the world a lot
2:07.6	because my dad's job always dreamed of being a writer. And now I'm blessed. This is now my third
2:14.1	book that I brought out. It's my second Sunday times bestseller. And I'm so so happy that it is
2:20.5	with Hay House. Then I get the chance to talk to you about it today. Yeah, well, we're excited to
