Michael Malice (“YOUR WELCOME”) welcomes political commentator and prominent civil rights lawyer, Robert Barnes, onto the show to discuss the egregious secrets of John Bolton’s classified leaks, the internet’s role in exposing deep state lies, and how a certain science fiction novel from 1973 might have given us a clue on the future crimes of Jeffrey Epstein.

| 0:00.0 | Music Good afternoon, Michael Malice here. Let that be your welcome for the next hour. Guys, you're in for a real treat. One of the things that bothers me about, among many other things, about social media is how many people run their mouths, but issues they don't know. This is why I brought in today's returning guest, Robert Barnes, he co-hosts the popular show |
| 0:45.1 | with people of Fry, fellow attorney. You can follow him on Twitter. Robert, you are, I think, in the center right space, the one the most articulate lawyers there is. And whenever there are legal issues, I'd rather talk to someone who knows or they're talking about his experience in the field, because the law doesn't work like common sense. and the law doesn't work how people think it works are from watching TV shows |
| 1:07.7 | uh... you know a lot of times obviously guilt in the field because the law doesn't work like common sense and the law doesn't work |
| 1:05.0 | how people think it works are from watching TV shows. You know, a lot of times obviously guilty people get away and some people have bad things happen to them. So it's important to actual case speak to the experts instead of, you know, both right and left people of pundits are going to run their mouths, but they're not coming from a space of experience. I think one of the first questions I want to ask you is, |
| 1:26.2 | are you surprised by how Trump is actually getting |
| 1:31.2 | some sort of attempting at least some justice |
| 1:34.1 | towards all the people who went after him |
| 1:35.7 | during the Biden administration? |
| 1:38.0 | You know, it's been a lot of hit or miss. |
| 1:39.7 | I think if it was up to Trump, it would be full scale |
| 1:42.0 | and wholesale. |
| 1:42.8 | And I think he thought the combination of Patel, Bondino, Blanche, and Abondi, that quartet would know to achieve it on their own. And so I'm glad we're getting at least some progress. I think, you know, Bolton had offended a lot of people by how he handled classified information. So he had his own enemies already. And with Comey, the reason why that indictment finally came about was because Trump being a boomer was trying to send a text to Bondi. And he accidentally posted it on truth. And so that's what that was. And so all of a sudden it was out there. And so now it was like, okay Bondi's got to go indict him now. So the, that's,, that's, you know, it was like, the Ukraine peace deal gets leaked. |
| 2:26.8 | And Wiccoff tells the whole world |
| 2:28.3 | who the leaker is by accident. He was trying to forward the comment in the story. And he responded on X instead. Oh, it was Kellogg again. And it was like, oh crap, it's on the, on the, these, these boomers with technology is like creating its own form of parity. |
| 2:43.3 | Oh my God. |
| 2:44.2 | Okay, so let's go case by case because there's this narrative. |
| 2:48.0 | It's kind of hard for me and I'm sure for you as well, to wrap our heads around how shameless sometimes the beauty is. And when people like Bolton and Co. and you're being arrested, the narrative often is, I can't believe this is happening. This is entirely without precedent. And it's just like, like what do you even say to someone |
| 3:07.2 | who's not shables? First of all, even without the Trump stuff, it's not without precedent. There have been people arrested for all sorts of things in the past, or in public servants. The vice president, spirit agonist, forced to resign. And he had to plead no contest to some of the charges against him. but even barring that it's like even if there's no precedent if someone |
| 3:24.9 | committed crime |
| 3:26.3 | you guys were yelling about no one's above the law |
| 3:28.9 | for four years. Oh, no, not about it. I mean, the deep state has been prosecuting whomever it wanted for forever. I mean, you can go John Kierkow, Edward Snowden, Julian Assange, all the great people doing actually not engaging in a legal conduct, but disclosing the government's illegal conduct. We're subject to a massive wave of prosecutions. Going back in many ways, you can go all the way back to the 1930s when people were being targeted, anarchists were being targeted way back in ways that now there's more reasons to be doubt with exactly what all of that anarchist violence who really was involved and so forth. You know, you get the famous Italian brothers case. You got a range of cases that were heavily political where people were being targeted for political reasons. But it got really egregious under the Biden administration where everybody connected within six degrees of Trump. God indicted, Trump got indicted himself for different times, for different jurisdictions. The New York State of Florida, federal court and Florida, federal court and DC. His lawyer, John Professor Eastman got to dieted a bunch of cases, including a bunch of state cases that are ongoing in Georgia and Arizona, Nevada. The same with, yeah, Rudy Giuliani. I mean, so if you were within six degrees of separation of Trump, you got to diet it or put under investigation. So the idea that by contrast, these date state criminals were engaged in all kinds of criminality as Tulsi Gabbard documented in detail in the Russia gate files, went through all the lies they told, all the fabrications they made, all the false oaths they spread, which was of various forms of either making a false representation to Congress or false statement under oath or a false representation within the executive branch to another agency, all of which are federal crimes, compounded by obstruction of justice in many cases, even if betting the obstruction of justice, conspiracy to obstruct justice, public lives. Remember to go Hunter Biden laptop that was all the Ruskies, there was no such laptop. 51, IAO, with people with national security clearance signed off on that fraud to the world. So in my opinion, there's gonna be a lot more prosecutions. And now it appears the Southern District of Florida is doing, looking at all the Russia-Gate referrals from the director of national intelligence, Tosi Gabbard, who for those of you may not remember, she's a long-standing lifelong Democrat. Only came onto the Trump team because she was seeing the degree of deep state corruption and that had taken place in the prior 10 years, whether that was propagating war overseas or getting people falsely charged or lied about here in the United States. You got me in the George Papadopolis case. That was completely bogus. All the cases against Carter and others, all completely bogus. |
| 6:06.2 | Massive illegal spying that took place. |
