Considering I was once again passed over for the supreme court.

I'm doing pretty good.

Once again, you know, that's tough.

That's very tough.

And you must be as disappointed as I am that David was passed over for the supreme court too.

Well, I think Judge Garland's going to be passed over if the Republicans remain in transit and don't even give him a hearing in the Senate.

So we'll see.

He is the legislative director of Greenpeace, USA, who is an expert on toxics.

And I'm not just talking about the stuff coming out of the Republican party.
