Before we get to the interview, I just got off the horn with Kat and Brent Pints, listeners

from Oregon, who started the wild diet and joined the Fat Burning Tribe about a year ago

after they watched our TV show on ABC.

Since then, not only was there wild camping trip style wedding featured in rock and roll

bride and the pictures are awesome, but Kat has also shed 40 pounds so far and her husband

Brent is down 47 without going to the gym.

Instead of burning themselves out on the treadmill, they just focused on eating real food.
