I'm Jenny Faulkner here to chat all things running with a very special guest who is probably known more for justice than fitness.

However, alongside being a criminal barrister, this fella is possibly one of the

best runners I have ever seen in action. Seriously, no joke. He can run full speed on full incline on a

treadmill and not even get out of breath. Seriously, I'm on my best behaviour. Today I'm joined by the

one and only Judge Rob Rinder. How you doing?

Very well, thank you. Of course, you know that because we've run next to each other pretty much, haven't we, at boot camp?

Yeah, we've been to this Mary's boot camp class, which is a workout where a lot of it is on the treadmill.

And where most of the class are struggling to, you know, do that sprint at the end for 30 seconds, then have a little break, then sprint again for 30 seconds.

Rob, sprints without the break for like five minutes at max speed, 12 and a half,

column to his nerve, or Meldner, rather.

You're no slats.

I mean, the thing about that place, which I love, is a bit like running a general, is that, you know,

everybody gives each other, they're completely undivided indifference. No one cares, right? So you've got to spot someone, I mean, you're really

competitive with yourself. But I have spotted you a couple of times, and you're not exactly a slouch,

as far as well. It's because I'm trying to keep up with him. And I'm like, I can't.

I'm going to die.

That's just not the case.
