And today I'm talking with Rob Mooberry.

Rob was diagnosed with stage four colorectal cancer in 2012.

And he went through conventional treatment, but along the way, he decided to opt out and pursued a holistic approach, radically changed his

life and his diet and survived.

And here he is, looking healthy and strong.

And so I've been following Rob for a few years and I first found out about him because

there was a Tim McGraw video about Rob that was pretty cool

that started circulating a few years ago and I've wanted to interview him since then and here we

are. We finally got together. So Rob, good to see you, man. Good to see you too. Thanks for having

appreciate it. Glad to have you. Glad to have you. Glad you're doing well. Would love to hear the story, you know, starting with, you know, what was your life like before

cancer leading up to cancer and how did you find out you had it and, you know, just take us through

that?

So basically, I lived out in LA and the beach cities. I've lived a pretty healthy life, you know, ran a lot of marathons, ate well, I mean, a pretty lean, you know, animal protein, eating a lot of chicken, you know, but I was like basically fat-free, you know. So I did that and then I moved out to Vegas at the beginning of 2011 and noticed I was

get some side stitches when I was working out or running or whatnot.

So I was like, I don't know what's going on here and it progressed and progressed,

you know, the pain and, you know, I had some, you know, some issues with my bowel movements

and some blood at my school and whatnot.

So didn't have insurance

at the time so basically i kind of just held off in this you know just like tried some home things

did some like liver cleanses and did some weird stuff just to kind of just filtrate my body then um

yeah about i guess going into the summer of 2012 i was you know working at the
