I've just had a great interview with the lady who founded Coffey Republic,

Sahar Hashemi and I've decided to do the intro after the interview because she had to rush off. She came in in a speaking

gig for us and then kindly gave us about 40 minutes of an interview when she only

had 20 minutes and also I wanted to set the scene for you because I think it was it's been very different

this interview to others as you know I always want to disrupt and make the content and information

different to you so the first thing you'll notice is this is a very much more random, faster paced interview.

Now Sahar said to me at the start that she didn't want to talk about all the usual stuff.

She didn't want me to go and say, hey, how did you set up Coffee Republic?

Because that's what every interviewer asks her. So she kind of challenged me to ask different questions.

I also wanted to let her control the interview and talk about the things she was really

interested in, but also stoke the fire a little bit. So back in the 90s, 1995, she set up Coffee Republic. Now I read her book, anyone can do it in 2006. So it's great

that a lot of these famous authors that I've read their books that helped me get started. I'm now
