let's give you our news story of the week because Rob, in the past we've talked about

the lack of supply in London. And there's been a really interesting news article out in the last

week, which builds on that story. Yeah, so this is related to the financial results

of the Barclay Group, which you would not think necessarily a house builder putting out

financials was the most exciting thing that happened all week. But what it tells us about the

challenges of the market is quite interesting. So Berkeley mostly build in the southeast and they mostly

build on Brownfield land. So they're basically building on hard mode.
