We were going to try to do some phone calls and stuff like that, but that require a whole lot of stuff that we didn't have time to do.

We'll try to get to that later on. Need to be able to do that in the future. So, man, I hate seeing myself on a big screen.

I just fell out of the ugly tree, hit every branch on the way down.

Just getting old man, that's just all there is to it.

But hey, I've done two 40 mile bike rides in a row at high altitudes,

so a few of you in your audience probably couldn't do that.

I can't do it as fast as I used to.

Man, it's sad to look back and see where you've ridden these routes before and then you

sort of go, okay.

But anyway, wow, what another day?

There's so many things.

I guess we can sort of start.

A lot of the stuff that I've been looking at is is on Twitter and really think I'll be honest with you I'm

thankful for Twitter right now I think you should be too I mean okay maybe

you're not using it you know I don't know but there is a

whenever a whenever louder sound.
