Summary

Liverpool may well have been eliminated from the Champions League prior to football being suspended, but here on Blood Red we continue along the Road to Istanbul. Joining Guy Clarke and Dan Kay, as we look back on Liverpool's 2-1 quarter final first leg win over Italian giants Juventus is ITV and former Radio City commentator Clive Tyldesley. Clive shares his memories of the night, having been behind the mic for ITV as Sami Hyypia and Luis Garcia put the Reds into an early 2-0 lead on a raucous Anfield evening. Having covered Liverpool and Juventus' previous meeting, the 1985 European Cup Final at Heysel, Clive recollects the feeling prior to the game with this being the first time to two sides had met, almost 20 years on from the disaster that led to 39 people losing their lives.
