there are so many ways in Washington to say no.

There's so many ways to kill an idea.

There's so much risk of version in how we operate

and it's a herculean feed to do anything major.

But when it happens, when you do a sustained mobilization

that isn't just a presidential campaign,

but continues to fight, which you've done

for cash relief,

then you see that things get done and can change.

And so I've had my ratio for the supporters

that they stuck with you and have done more engage,

more involved after your campaign than just saying,

okay, we did our thing and we made our contribution

to this country.

I'm reflecting on the fact that,

look, if 55% of us are for universal base income,

problem solved, right?

And then it's like problem not solved at all

because of the stuff that you're describing.
