As I lay my head down softly and close my eyes. I feel safe here with you.

deeply relaxed and soon. My attention turns on to my breathing.

And I can finally hear its gentle flow. The chatter of my busy mind has silenced it for most of the day.

And now as I listen,

as I really tune in, I can hear the serenity of my beautiful breath. Oh, I can hear the soft ripples of air as I breathe in and warm air on my lips as I breathe out. I can invite the air outside of me to flow into my body.

to flow into my body and fill up every single part. And I can feel myself calmly settling into the gentle rhythm that my breath is creating.

down, up and down.

Flowing. flowing and receding, slowing everything down with each beautiful breath. Oh, Oh, Oh. Oh, Flow through me rivers of calm and remind me that it's all okay, that my struggles can be my strength and that I have a special place in this world. I am a part of an infinite river of peace that touches the heavens and the earth beneath me now.

You know this, rivers of calm, so deeply, so wholly. So, holy.

so cover me in the waters of your wisdom tonight, my body melts into this bed. Oh, Oh, I'm going to. Let sleep come as I feel your gentle currents, and am soothed by your presence. I let myself breathe deeply and exhale completely.
