How are you feeling today? If you can allow yourself just a couple of moments to tune in and ask yourself this question because

this is the key ingredient in the manifesting process so often we don't just step aside and take that moment that we need to ask ourselves,

how am I feeling? What do I need right now? How can I show myself more compassion, more love, and more nurturing

in this moment? And it begins with that question, how am I feeling? So however you're feeling,

however that's showing up for you,

whether you feel joyful or inspired

versus feeling a little bit more down in the dumps,

or, how do I put this? Disenchanted without going into heavy words or labels.

It's really important to just allow that feeling to be because the way that our emotions work is that the universe is

flowing through us and for us for a specific reason and our emotions are great

indicators in what is in the process of manifesting into your current reality.
